Arrival
The arrival will begin with the ceremony arrival and also the reception arrival
Ceremony Arrival
Guests will arrive at the church and park in the spacious parking lot. Upon entering the church they will be greeted by groomsmen / ushers in the lobby. The ushers will be handing out programs to guests and escorting them to the seats of their choosing. Classical and religious melodies will be played over the church's organ by the church's musical director.
Reception Arrival
Guests will travel to the Aquarium parking lot and make their way to the entrance of the Adventure Aquarium Ballroom. As they approach they will be greeted by amazing views of the Philadelphia skyline and Delaware River. Upon entering the Aquarium they will be greeted by aquarium staff and directed to the cocktail reception or ballroom for the reception. The cocktail reception and ballroom both will feature giant aquatic life displays and blue/purple mood lighting.
Guests will be directed to the "guestbook" which will consist of a picture frame that can be signed by guests to be hung in the couple's home framing a wedding picture.
Instead of place cards the couple wanted a chart listed alphabetically with each guest's name by a table as to not cause congestion around a place card table.
