Divide and Conquer - DIY Managing a Bridal Shower

Hosting a Bridal shower can be stressful on the Maid or Matron of Honor. We all have busy schedules with work, families, and errands, there isn't much time to plan these days. Here are some time saving tips for those diy loving people.

1.) Get the whole bridal party involved:

Divide and conquer. Make a list of everything that needs to be done and divide it among other people in the bridal party. This will also save you money by spreading out the costs if you can.

2.) Make sure the couple did a gift registry:

A gift registry will help those who want to get the couple a gift and not have to worry about if they already have it, need it, or would even like it.

3.) Have friends and family bring different food items:

A great way to cut down on costs and time is to ask each person attending, or at least close family and friends to bring a dish, side, or dessert. This should make for more than enough food and less pressure on you to make or order everything yourself.

4.) Check out Pinterest for ideas:

Pinterest will have tons of ideas from decorations, favors, etc. that will give you an easy way to create a memorable and fun experience for everyone, especially the bride.

5.) If all else fails, hire an event planner:

An event planner can not only do all of the orgnizing and scheduling for you, they are a great resource for vendors, discounts, and creative ideas.
